When can you return?

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • You receive a damaged or wrong book

  • You inform us within 48 hours of delivery

When return is not accepted?

  • If the book is used or damaged after delivery

  • If you contact us after 48 hours

How to request?

  • Contact us with your order number

  • Share clear photos of the issue

  • We will guide you through the next steps

Refund

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refund will be sent via the original payment method

  • Delivery charge is non-refundable (unless the mistake is ours)

Replacement

  • Eligible items will be replaced without extra cost
